Robert Taussig - Google Apps Migration

We migrated the email, calendar and contacts of around twenty members of staff from their old Outlook Exchange server to Google Apps Business Edition. The client required that some contacts and calendar events be shared between certain groups and individuals. Accounts had to be setup on a variety of devices and locations.

We listened

We met with staff at Robert Taussig to ascertain the main goals for the migration and to understand their reasons for finding another way in which to drive their email and calendar systems.

We proposed

We recommended the Google Apps cloud service as it met the needs of the client and provided the excellent web-based services they required.

We fixed

We then drew up a plan for the migration which ensured the least amount of downtime for the service. We then implemented the plan to migrate the email, contacts and calendars for all staff to the Google Apps service. We trained staff at Robert Taussig to use the new service and to maintain some aspects of the system themselves.

We support

We continue to support Robert Taussig with their new service by advising and troubleshooting issues when they arise.
